A middle aged female patient who had one broken tooth,  one tooth missing in the upper jaw,  two large   and two smaller ten years old amalgam ( silver-mercury) fillings . All of them had decay on the borders. She also had calculus ( tooth stone ) and she was complaining of the colour of teeth she had.
